Many travelers wonder why some trips are canceled. This usually happens when not enough people sign up in advance.

Most venues require our payments 60–90 days before the trip, so we often must make decisions well ahead of departure dates.

Booking early helps keep these wonderful trips on the schedule—thank you!

Day 1

FRIDAY, JANUARY 8, 2027
Kick off your Poconos getaway with an early dinner at Boulder View Tavern before checking in at Camelback Resort. After settling into your room, take some time to explore the resort's incredible amenities - including a water park, swim-up bar, and lazy river. This evening, enjoy an included trip to Cosmic Snow Tubing, where the illuminated slopes create a magical nighttime experience.

Day 2

SATURDAY, JANUARY 9, 2027
Fuel up with your included breakfast, then spend the day skiing right from the hotel - located directly on the slopes. You can ski all day on your included pass today and tomorrow, coming and going as you choose. Explore the 39 well-groomed trails at your own pace. (Ski rentals are available at the hotel for an additional charge if needed) Ski until your heart's content. After an exciting day on the mountain, unwind and enjoy the resort's amenities this evening.

Day 3

SUNDAY, JANUARY 10, 2027
Enjoy another full day on the ski area or at the indoor water park - your choice! This evening, we are offering an included visit to an Escape Room, where you will be placed in small groups to find a way out - how cunning are you?

Day 4

MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2027
After an included breakfast, we will depart for home. Relax and rest after a few days of activity and great memories in this beautiful mountain area.

Deposit:

$75.00 per person due within two (2) weeks of booking.

Final Payment:

Balance due sixty (60) days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than sixty (60) days prior to departure:

Full refund.
From sixty (60) days to fourteen (14) days prior to departure:

$25.00 per person cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits paid by McCarter Coach & Tour.
Within fourteen (14) days of departure:

No refund.

Tour Protection

Optional tour protection is available for cancellations made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure.

With tour protection:

A full refund, minus protection cost, if cancellation is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure time.
Cost:

$16.00 per day. Must be purchased no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.
Note:

Full payment remains due sixty (60) days prior to departure. Failure to remit final payment will void tour protection.
