Day 1

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2026
Enjoy a delightful day in Lancaster County beginning with free time at Kitchen Kettle Village, filled with charming shops and local treats. Savor a hearty dinner at Miller’s Smorgasbord, featuring fresh, local flavors, before experiencing JOSHUA at Sight & Sound Theatres—an inspiring biblical story that brings Joshua’s journey, faith, and leadership to life from the Jordan River to the walls of Jericho. End the day with an overnight stay at the Comfort Inn Rockvale to relax and recharge for the next day’s adventures.

Day 2

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2026
A visit to Hershey Chocolate World is a sweet adventure that delights guests of all ages! Start with the iconic Hershey's Chocolate Tour, where you'll learn about the chocolate-making process, from cocoa bean to candy bar, while enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells of the factory. Then hop aboard the Hershey Trolley Tour, which takes you on a journey through the charming town of Hershey. Along the way, you'll discover the inspiring story of Milton S. Hershey, the town's founder, while enjoying scenic views and sweet treats handed out by your entertaining tour guides. It's the perfect blend of history, chocolate, and fun for the whole family! After the trolley tour, you'll enjoy an included lunch to recharge before diving into an unforgettable hands-on experience: creating your very own chocolate bar! At Hershey Chocolate World, you'll step into the Chocolate Lab, don an apron, and customize your masterpiece with a variety of toppings and designs. This interactive activity lets you craft a sweet treat that's as unique as you are, making it the perfect souvenir of your visit. With your personalized chocolate bar in hand, we'll then begin our journey home, wrapping up a day filled with delicious memories and fun!

$75.00 per person due within two (2) weeks of booking.

Final Payment:

Balance due sixty (60) days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than sixty (60) days prior to departure:

Full refund.
From sixty (60) days to fourteen (14) days prior to departure:

$25.00 per person cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits paid by McCarter Coach & Tour.
Within fourteen (14) days of departure:

No refund.

Tour Protection

Optional tour protection is available for cancellations made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure.

With tour protection:

Full refund minus protection cost, if cancellation is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure time.
Cost:

$16.00 per day. Must be purchased no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.
Note:

Full payment remains due sixty (60) days prior to departure. Failure to remit final payment will void tour protection.
