PLEASE NOTE: BOOK EARLY!

Many travelers wonder why some trips are canceled. This usually happens when not enough people sign up in advance.

Most venues require our payments 60–90 days before the trip, so we often must make decisions well ahead of departure dates.

Booking early helps keep these wonderful trips on the schedule—thank you!

Day 1

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2026
Get in the holiday spirit with us as we travel to Manheim, PA for Holidays at Mt Hope. You will enter the gorgeously decorated historic mansion and be greeted by holiday characters and carolers. Throughout the 4-course meal, the cast will entertain you with carols, stories, and parlor games. There will be a 45-minute performance after our delicious meal. A bit of tradition and a bit of silly holiday fun. Your overnight stay will be at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA

Day 2

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2026
Rise and shine to your included breakfast before we head to the Yuletide event at The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire where you will immerse yourself in a mesmerizing world, adorned with decorations and music. This event is a festive Faire where you will meet and greet an array of characters from different lands and time periods. Watch in awe as elves, fairies and other mythical beings roam the grounds. There will be caroling, live performances, entertainment and food. Please dress appropriately for the weather. We promise you will have time to enjoy all the festivities before heading home.

Deposit:

$75.00 per person due within two (2) weeks of booking.

Final Payment:

Balance due sixty (60) days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than sixty (60) days prior to departure:

Full refund.
From sixty (60) days to fourteen (14) days prior to departure:

$25.00 per person cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits paid by McCarter Coach & Tour.
Within fourteen (14) days of departure:

No refund.

Tour Protection

Optional tour protection is available for cancellations made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure.

With tour protection:

A full refund, minus protection cost, if cancellation is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure time.
Cost:

$16.00 per day. Must be purchased no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.
Note:

Full payment remains due sixty (60) days prior to departure. Failure to remit final payment will void tour protection.
