Grand Style Southern Christmas

Day 1

Depart this morning for a grand Christmas experience! Travel to Dollywood for our first overnight at Dollywood Resorts: Dream More. Enjoy a complimentary shuttle to Dollywood Park for the Smokey Mountain Christmas celebration. Your ticket includes any show at the park that you want to enjoy! Taste the smokey mountain flavor with many dining options on your own for dinner at the park.

Day 2

Explore the resort after true southern-style breakfast buffet, complete with sweet potato hash, grits, and sausage biscuits and gravy. Enjoy all the Dolly memorabilia before we depart for our overnight at Drury Inn in Huntsville AL. Enjoy an included kick-back dinner at 5:30 pm.

Day 3

Enjoy your included breakfast before we check out and head for New Orleans. Our hotel for two nights is at the Hyatt Centric on the edge of the French Quarter. After checking into the hotel, we will meet a guide in the lobby for a walking tour of the French Quarter. We will end our tour three blocks from the hotel at the Sazerac House. Experience timeless traditions and history that's worth repeating. Enjoy a tour, interactive cocktail exhibits, and three exclusive spirit tastings in celebration and preservation of good times. Spend the rest of the evening on your own in New Orleans. Catch the trolley to see all the beautifully decorated windows this Christmas season, try your luck at Ceasar's Palace Casino, or walk the French Quarter to see everything else NOLA has to offer!

Day 4

After an included breakfast, we will enjoy a step-on guided tour of New Orleans. Step off with the guide at a few sights along the way. We end the tour at Café DuMonde to enjoy traditional beignets! Then you're free to explore the French Market, shopping, and enjoy lunch on your own. We meet back together at the New Orleans Jazz Museum to celebrate the history of jazz, in all its forms, through dynamic interactive exhibits, multi-generational educational programming, research facilities, and engaging musical performances. Conclude the afternoon with a tour at Seven Three Distillery with a tasting of 10+ samples included! We bring the evening to a close at a local restaurant with an included Réveillon dinner. Tonight you will be treated to a lavish, festive, multi-course holiday feast rooted in French Creole tradition!

Day 5

Today we immerse ourselves in the legendary world of Elvis Presley with a visit to Christmas at Graceland, where Elvis' favorite season comes to life through festive décor both inside and outside the iconic estate. Enjoy a guided tour of the Graceland mansion, followed by time to explore Elvis' custom jets, the Presley Motors Automobile Museum, the Entertainer Career Museum, and the Elvis Discovery Exhibits, each offering deeper insight into his life and legacy. This evening, savor a delicious dinner at Graceland, featuring authentic Memphis BBQ and classic Southern flavors. Tonight, enjoy an overnight stay at The Guest House at Graceland, a large, luxurious resort hotel located just steps from Elvis Presley's legendary home.

Day 6

Enjoy included brunch buffet featuring contemporary versions of Elvis's favorites before heading to Opryland for our last overnight with an interior balcony room overlooking the atrium. Take a ride on the Delta River Flatboat and travel down a scenic river winding through a 4.5-acre indoor garden. Admire the atrium's natural beauty while our guides share facts about the plants and fish located here. We also will get to see the ICE! Exhibit. Each year the exhibit has a different theme, hand crafted from 2 million pounds of ice.

Day 7

Grab a morning bite of some modern American classics featuring local farms with a southern twist before we depart for home. Before we end this grand Christmas trip, we will make a stop at the Creation Museum for the Christmas Lights.
