Factory of Terror

We’re off today for an evening visit to the Factory of Terror. This mile long, indoor haunted tour will be a frightening experience that has been a top-rated haunted house in the U.S. for years. Visit several spine-chilling vistas such as The Forsaken Asylum of Dr. Morbidius and The Industrial Nightmare. Enjoy a delicious cocktail at the five themed bars spaced throughout. This destination is a Guiness Book of Records holder for being one of the oldest and longest operated. Before arriving at the tour destination, we will have an included dinner. People often wonder why some trips get canceled. Trips can become canceled due to customers not signing up on the trips they want to travel on.  We encourage you to book up to 60 days before a trip date because most venues require our monies 60 sometimes 90 days ahead of time. If you wait to book your reservation up to the date of the trip, this is not enough time for McCarter's to know you want to reserve a seat for a certain trip.

 

 

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to one month before the trip.  From one month up to the day of the trip the following schedule applies:

 

· One month prior to departure: A complete refund

 

· One month to two weeks prior to departure:   A refund, less monies we cannot recover (tickets, etc.)

 

· Less than two weeks prior to departure:    No Refund

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to 48 hours prior to departure time with the tour protection purchased,

 

Tour Protection Cost:  $11.00 (Must be purchased 30 days prior to the trips departure.)

Final Payment:  Full payment due is required 30 days before departure date, or tour protection becomes invalid.
