Lonnie Jay Freeman brings the magic of Elvis Presley to life in his dynamic tribute performance, showcasing over 30 years of experience as a nationally recognized Elvis Tribute Artist. This special matinee event begins with a delicious lunch meal at Hartville Kitchen, followed by Lonnie Jay’s remarkable show, which spans the entire breadth of Elvis’s career—from the electrifying early years and movie classics to the iconic 1968 comeback special and the dazzling Las Vegas performances of the 1970s. With meticulous attention to detail in both appearance and musical presentation, his interactive performance captures Elvis’s legendary charisma and stage presence, creating an authentic experience that resonates with audiences of all ages and celebrates the King’s enduring legacy. Matinee time is 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

People often wonder why some trips get canceled. Trips can become canceled due to customers not signing up on the trips they want to travel on.  We encourage you to book up to 60 days before a trip date because most venues require our monies 60 sometimes 90 days ahead of time. If you wait to book your reservation up to the date of the trip, this is not enough time for McCarter's to know you want to reserve a seat for a certain trip.

 

 

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to one month before the trip.  From one month up to the day of the trip the following schedule

applies:

· One month prior to departure: A complete refund

 

· One month to two weeks prior to departure:  A refund, less monies we cannot recover (tickets, etc.)

 

· Less than two weeks prior to departure:   No Refund

 

WE OFFER TOUR PROTECTION FOR CANCELLATIONS UP TO 48 HRS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to 48 hours prior to departure time with the tour protection purchased,

 

Tour Protection Cost: $11.00 (Must be purchased 30 days prior to the trips departure.)

Final Payment:  Full payment due is required 30 days before departure date, or tour protection becomes invalid.
