Cleveland Air Show Cruise

Enjoy the Cleveland Air Show while cruising the Cuyahoga River aboard the climate controlled “Lady Caroline”. Watch as the planes fly overhead, doing their demonstrations, gravity defying aerobatics, and “fancy flying” Featuring the U.S Blue Angels. We will have an unlimited buffet meal, including coffee and iced tea. (soda or alcohol available at your own cost). There will be musical entertainment as we cruise this wonderful event.

People often wonder why some trips get canceled. Trips can become canceled due to customers not signing up on the trips they want to travel on.  We encourage you to book up to 60 days before a trip date because most venues require our monies 60 sometimes 90 days ahead of time. If you wait to book your reservation up to the date of the trip, this is not enough time for McCarter's to know you want to reserve a seat for a certain trip.

 

 

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to one month before the trip.  From one month up to the day of the trip the following schedule applies:

 

· One month prior to departure: A complete refund

 

· One month to two weeks prior to departure:  A refund, less monies we cannot recover (tickets, etc.)

 

· Less than two weeks prior to departure:   No Refund

 

WE OFFERTOUR PROTECTION FOR CANCELLATIONS UP TO 48 HRS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to 48 hours prior to departure time with the tour protection purchased,

 

Tour Protection Cost:  $11.00 (Must be purchased 30 days prior to the trips departure.)

Final Payment:  Full payment due is required 30 days before departure date, or tour protection becomes invalid.
