Day 1

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2026
New York City during Christmas time is nothing short of enchanting! With its dazzling holiday lights, iconic window displays, festive events, and a lively atmosphere, it's truly one of the best times of the year to visit. Whether you're a first-time visitor or returning to see the city in its holiday splendor, this trip promises an unforgettable experience. You'll arrive in the heart of Manhattan, ready to explore the iconic sights and sounds of New York City. Once you settle in, you'll have plenty of free time to get a feel for the city. The Sheraton New York Times Square is our home for two nights and is right in the middle of the action, offering easy access to all that NYC has to offer. The hotel is just steps away from Times Square, making it a perfect home base for theater lovers, shoppers, and tourists alike.

Day 2

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2026
Enjoy New York to the fullest today. Take a stroll around Times Square - an experience in itself with its flashing billboards, street performers, and bustling energy. Explore Broadway: If you're a theater fan, grab tickets for a Broadway show in the evening. Visit Rockefeller Center: Just a few blocks away, you can explore the famous skating rink, and take in the grand Art Deco architecture. See the museums, hop on a "Hop on Hop off" bus, or anything you would like to do. It's all there waiting to be discovered by you. This trip is planned for our customers who want to be on their own!

Day 3

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2026
We start our morning in Midtown with a guided tour from our bus. This guided tour of New York City offers a wonderful mix of iconic landmarks, cultural districts, and hidden gems, all while providing a local's perspective of the Big Apple. We will exit the bus for a short walking tour through Central Park where we will see The Dakota, Strawberry Fields, Bethesda Fountain, and Sheep Meadow. Back on the bus we will pass through Greenwich Village, the SOHO Historic District, Little Italy, and Chinatown. Our licensed New York City tour guide brings their own unique perspective of the city they call home. We end our guided tour at Grand Central Terminal for you to grab a bite to eat before boarding our bus for home. We stop for an early evening fast food break enroute to an expected mid-evening arrival home.

$75.00 per person due within two (2) weeks of booking.

Final Payment:

Balance due sixty (60) days prior to departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than sixty (60) days prior to departure:

Full refund.
From sixty (60) days to fourteen (14) days prior to departure:

$25.00 per person cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits paid by McCarter Coach & Tour.
Within fourteen (14) days of departure:

No refund.

Tour Protection

Optional tour protection is available for cancellations made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure.

With tour protection:

A full refund, minus protection cost, if cancellation is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure time.
Cost:

$16.00 per day. Must be purchased no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.
Note:

Full payment remains due sixty (60) days prior to departure. Failure to remit final payment will void tour protection.
