Brantview Maple Farm

Join us to enjoy an indoor guided tour which will include a maple production interpretive exhibit and antique farm equipment display. We will board an open-air wagon to experience the 300-acre maple tree farm. See the ground operations first-hand. Tour includes live demonstration, maple product samples, and time to shop in our sugar camp store.  We will enjoy a wonderful buffett meal at Springhouse Market Restaurant which will include: Hickory Smoked Ham, Penn State Creamy Chicken, Hand Peeled Mashed Potatoes, Alabama Vegetable Casserole, Pasta, Dinner Rolls with Butter, Assorted Salads, Assorted Desserts, and Assorted Drinks.

 People often wonder why some trips get canceled. Trips can become canceled due to customers not signing up on the trips they want to travel on.  We encourage you to book up to 60 days before a trip date because most venues require our monies 60 sometimes 90 days ahead of time. If you wait to book your reservation up to the date of the trip, this is not enough time for McCarter's to know you want to reserve a seat for a certain trip.

 

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to one month before the trip.  From one month up to the day of the trip the following schedule applies:

· One month prior to departure: A complete refund

 

· One month to two weeks prior to departure:  A refund, less monies we cannot recover (tickets, etc.)

 

· Less than two weeks prior to departure:   No Refund

 

WE OFFERTOUR PROTECTION FOR CANCELLATIONS UP TO 48 HRS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Complete refunds will be made up to 48 hours prior to departure time with the tour protection purchased,

 

Tour Protection Cost:  $11.00 (Must be purchased 30 days prior to the trips departure.)

Final Payment:  Full payment due is required 30 days before departure date, or tour protection becomes invalid.
