Most venues require our payments 60–90 days before the trip, so we often must make decisions well ahead of departure dates.

Day 1

SUNDAY, SEPTEMEBER 27, 2026
Depart our area this morning for a journey to the music city of Missouri. Our first overnight will be in Illinois. Enjoy free time and dinner on your own at the hotel.

Day 2

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026
Arrive in Branson for an afternoon performance of Legends in Concert - a spectacular production showcasing world-class talents and remarkable costuming that makes you feel as though you are seeing the original superstars themselves. This evening, enjoy an included dinner at Florentina's Ristorante Italiano.

Day 3

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2026
This morning, visit Top of the Rock, featuring a guided electric-cart tour through the Lost Canyon and Nature Trail. Take in stunning rock formations, waterfalls, and sweeping views of Table Rock Lake. This afternoon, enjoy a high-energy musical tribute featuring songs by the Beatles, the Mamas & the Papas, the Beach Boys, and more - celebrating the hits of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Later, tour the Titanic Museum. Dinner is included this evening. After dinner, enjoy Branson Landing, a fire and water show, complete with lights and music.

Day 4

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2026
Take a ride on the wild side! Experience the beauty of the Ozarks aboard an open-air tram ride through Dogwood Canyon, including a stop at Glory Hole, a magnificent blue-green pool and habitat for some of the region's largest trout. Along the way, watch for bison, elk, and Texas longhorns. This evening, cruise the waters of Table Rock Lake aboard the Showboat Branson Belle, enjoying a three-course dinner and lively onboard entertainment.

Day 5

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2026
Following breakfast, we will check out and travel to Bentonville, Arkansas. Visit the War Eagle Mill, where an undershot water wheel powers the mill's machinery. Continue to the first Walmart that is now a museum, formerly Walton's Five and Dime. Overnight in Vandalia, Illinois.

Day 6

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2026
Our memorable tour comes to an end as we return home with wonderful memories of our Branson of the Ozarks experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than sixty (60) days prior to departure:

Full refund.
From sixty (60) days to fourteen (14) days prior to departure:

$25.00 per person cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits paid by McCarter Coach & Tour.
Within fourteen (14) days of departure:

No refund.

Tour Protection

Optional tour protection is available for cancellations made up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure.

With tour protection:

A full refund, minus protection cost, if cancellation is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure time.
Cost:

$16.00 per day. Must be purchased no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure.
Note:

Full payment remains due sixty (60) days prior to departure. Failure to remit final payment will void tour protection.
